Mark as Useful I paid these bums with Paypal. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. I suggested that they stop their use of the service. They are going to help me get my refund with a dispute! If you paid with PayPal, call them and file a complaint. Call your local police department and file a complaint. Simply crying to each other is not going to solve the problem. When they are cut off from money, their company and calls will end.
